Living in Serenbe Blog Returns!

Hello, Friends and Neighbors. I created Living in Serenbe blog three years ago when I first moved to Serenbe. Folks loved it and I enjoyed doing it, but, alas, other things took my attention and I haven't posted in many months. I decided today that it is time to resurrect the Living in Serenbe blog. I hope you will enjoy it and pass it on to your friends and family. Don't forget to subscribe in the box to the right to receive the blog posts directly to your inbox.

After three years of living in Serenbe, I'm still enchanted. I still wander. I'm still in love with tree, lichen, fern, reflecting puddles, donkey ears, and horse muzzles. I love the clouded sky through tangled branches and light dancing off gurgling stream. These sustain and inspire me. I share them here with you.

The donkeys are some of my favorite critters. This is the newest baby born less than a year ago. Does anyone know if she has a name yet?

Horse muzzles make me laugh!

I'm lucky to wander with my little buddy, Pedro. He is a fine and brave companion.

From the critters, I head into the woods to find the treasures there. The sun is beginning to set.

Turkey tail mushrooms abound! I've read that they are edible and have wonderful health benefits. Research for yourself before eating.

Mushrooms and lichen create exquisite art.

After several days of rain, head into the woods and find treasures throughout the forest.

The forest is full of beauty and mystery. All that is required is to enter and open your heart and senses.
